I believe that movement is medicine and motion is lotion and I want to help many people.
I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. One of the best things in the world is helping someone who may have pain and movement limitations and seeing them progress to a point where they are moving and feeling much better.
I love to help Yogi’s make sure their foundation is correct and transitioning to prevent injury. I have loads of energy to share and feel so fulfilled when people leave my class having learned or experienced something new and walk out feeling positive. I love to know that people are changed after their practice.
I enjoy teaching and explaining how things work and getting the head nod of understanding. Getting active has been a source of great comfort and provides confidence and a positive energy boost that I hope will be contagious.
I teach at Richmond Hill club where I am also the Group Fitness Manager. My mom kind of forced me into fitness and teaching when I was old enough to work and I am so happy she did. I love being able to help people reach their health and fitness goals.

I got into teaching because I wanted to be healthy and a great role model to my children, and I wanted to help others on their journey to health and fitness.
While teaching yoga I'm in my safe place and I feed off the positive vibes of others. I enjoy facilitating a mindful experience where people can ultimately transform their lives.
I want fitness to be accessible and achievable for all. It’s about FEELING GOOD.
