I had the privilege to be surrounded by supportive people that helped me discover this side of me. What got me into teaching was a strong community of support. I love being with the MOVATI clients as we work together to meet our fitness goals.
I got into fitness to keep a clear mind. Started in university when I was long overwhelmed, and it’s been my outlet since. Healthy body, healthy mind.
I’ve always been active and outdoors, other than riding my road bike and snowboarding, yoga was my favourite way to get active. After taking a Yoga Teacher training to dive deeper into my own practice I decided I wanted to share this practice and mindfulness with others and enjoyed making creative sequences.
I started at Movati as a member and now I’m a group fitness instructor. I love Movati and what we stand for. I am passionate about teaching, dance, and martial arts. I’m passionate about inspiring others to find the fun in their fitness!
I teach at Richmond Hill club where I am also the Group Fitness Manager. My mom kind of forced me into fitness and teaching when I was old enough to work and I am so happy she did. I love being able to help people reach their health and fitness goals.

I started my fitness training our Canadian Forces members at CFB Kingston. I love the energy a group fitness class can bring. No matter your fitness level I want to push you past your personal best and give you the power to believe in yourself and your abilities. I love to help my members reach their personal fitness goals and share in the pure joy fitness can bring to their lives.
I got into group fitness because it first started off as a fun change in work pace from sitting in the office all day not talking to anyone but changed into a love in seeing people connect in class with others, connect with themselves, and all the positives and smiles that come at the end of the class.
I got into teaching because I wanted to be healthy and a great role model to my children, and I wanted to help others on their journey to health and fitness.
I have a shared passion for leading and coaching / training. I am a firm believer that the more people you can influence and guide, the more people they can help, and you can have a ripple effect on society. Never underestimate your ability to influence!
